Cebu is so blessed that water isn't that scarce yet unlike in other places particularly Manila. I used to complain this past few months to mama...we have to ask auntie to turn off their faucet so it could run in ours. It's a morning battle. Sometimes, I have to brush my teeth in auntie's so I won't have to ask her to close their faucets... But seeing these people lining for water is too much. Won't complain na...
