Founding Anniversary kicks off today with a flag raising ceremony, honoring of colors and the announcement of the opening of Cebu's 441st Founding Anniversary. Mayors of the 52 towns and cities were in attendance including board members and high ranking officials in the police and military. It was more of a morning exercise for us... :) It's my third year to cover this once a year event.
