The 4-minute Workout (Day 8 of Fit-Fil Camp)

Exercises in the camp starts with stretching and then followed by the 4-minute work-out. There are four exercises (jumping jack, squat, push-ups & the lunges). You do everything ten times and repeat everything for the next 4 minutes. The first time I did this, i passed out. Now, I can do three to four sets.♥
