This is what I heard from everybody! My boss has this device, called "amplified headset". This device has really nothing to boast. In fact, my effeciency in answering the phone has just been cut down to 75%. Lousily, I could not prop the headphone right away in my head and it takes 2o seconds for me to adjust the mic.
My boss insists that i have to use this lousy device. Oh dear! I am really going to suffer!
