Here's Our Lovely Little Tree

Our Christmas at home... so thankful for all the blessings we had this year. And praying for those who lost their loved ones, for those who have not a home to sleep, for those who have to spend Christmas on the street... :(

Cataratas del Iguazú

When i learned that there will be a trip to South America, I was healf-hearted but there was no choice because it is a job you can't say no..until I read the itinerary and saw that Iguassu Falls is one of the sites to visit in Brazil!

Well, who won't get excited? Hey! It's one of the world's natural wonder! :)

So after a heavy day in Sao Paulo, we took flight (November 25, Friday) via TAM flight JJ3559. Right after we landed (an hour away by plane) and boarded our buses, we were brought to Iguassu Falls. There is a foot path constructed that will lead guests nearer to the falls and to the building where one can see a bird's eye view of the falls.

Me

This trip was very rewarding... i never thought nor dreamed about seeing this natural wonder nor dreamed of visiting the underground river in Palawan but this... seeing this beauty was too much for me and where else but on the other side of the word! LOL! I panicked. Had so many overexposed photos that i have to stop and just stood still and marvel... :)

There are at least 300 thundering falls, the biggest of which is Devil's Mouth (which can be better seen in the Argentine side). Sahring some of the photos:

Blame The Parents

Early this morning on my way to the office, I rode a Banilad-bound multicab. The jeep was packed and what made it worse was this little boy who told me to move (just by tapping at me and said 'Move'). I moved to give him space to sit down. Then the mother looked at me and back to the little boy and said "Ingna, ate, move". Much worst!

Aside from the fact that this little boy has no manners, he was bringing with him a toy gun...from time to time pointing & firing with that annoying sound.

Then another passenger came in and so the mother has to drag the boy back to his lap and yes imagine the struggle because the boy doesn't want to stand up.

And then, the other passenger beside me disembarked. There was that space again. This time, the little boy touched my hands again and then gestured me to move (this time he just mouthed the words).

I stared at him and said NO. Then he started pointing his toy gun at me.

The mother was well, seemed to enjoy and ignore, what his kid just displayed. I pity the child. I hope there won't be that many mothers who are irresponsible.

We never allowed our boy to play toy guns. We never taught Jash to be rude to people.

I just really hope that this little boy won't grow up and become a future gangster, a robber, or God knows what.

Rough Jewel In The Coast

Sea_lions_in_vina_del_mar
On our way for dinner in Vina del Mar, we passed by the coast. And yes, beyond that is the Pacific Ocean... this part of Chile is one of the most wonderful places on earth! :D

The Andes Mountain Ranges

The two-hour flight from Buenos Aires to Santiago in Chile was the shortest plane ride I had.... it was so much fun watching everything below. I felt like I was dreaming.
