Dili gyud ko fan ni Sarah Geronimo but just today kay I watched 'Catch Me I'm Falling' with Ronald. I would have wanted to watch Sucker Punch but siyempre kay libre man, we had a movie date. As always, he stuffed me food and a giant drink (mao nga twice ko nag-CR while watching the movie). While waiting for the movie to start, we talked about the past movies that the two of us watched: A Very Special Love (Sarah & John Lloyd), Kimmy Dora, Tanging Ina and I Love You Goodbye.
If not for him, dili gyud tingali ko mutan-aw aning mga salidaha in the movie house. But today, I realized that after all...these Pinoy romantic flicks are worth my time man pud diay. Nakahilak gud ko katong scene sa 'I Love You, Goodbye' nga nag-confrontation na silang Gabby ug Angelica. Minghilak pud kog kinatawa sa 'Kimmy Dora ug Tanging Ina'. And today, I cried too when I watched Eric & Rona (Gerald & Sarah) had a teary talk about why they should end their relationship. Tinuod man gud nga nahitabo sa atong life and maka-relate pud ko. Mauwaw lang ko i-share sa mga friends. Hehehehehehe
'Catch Me' is a nice movie with a very typical story of two beings that fell in love kay na-develop...and then kay anak lagi sa presidente sa Pilipinas si Eric while Rona is just an ordinary NGO worker..daghang insecurities ang girl and it is eating her up. I think this is very true in many relationships. Ma-insecure ka mao nga you want to end the friendship or the relationship....
Anyways, ang bottomline gyud ani kay and entertainment value. And na-entertain ra ko. Sa mga wala pa nakakita kay tan-aw mo... dili man ko fan gyud ni Sarah but Catch Me isn't a bad film after all.
