Love Your Partner Week

This week, we are to have a partner and do lots of exercises. I partnered with Nikki... Ok, here's the routine. Ladder counting...so from 10 to 1. What i mean is 10 to 1, 9 to 1, 8 to 1...and so on till you reach 1. First set of exercise: mountain climbing & squat jump. From 10-to 6, we will alternate (one is doing the exercise while the partner counts & cheers). On the 5th, we will do the exercises together.

The next set is bicep and lateral (using a theraband)..same counting. And the last set is the most difficult: push-up and get-ups!
