for happy people

BOOK REVIEW. The 100 Simple Secrets of Happy People, this book had been on my table drawer for a few months now, yet, reading it seemed to be very difficult even if I have the free time to do so.

The title of this book intrigued me. It has my name on it. And I wanna know the " Simple Secrets" of happy people.

In this site, I found a short description about this book.
"Scientists and academics have spent entire careers investigating what makes people happy. But hidden in obscure scholarly journals and reports, their research is all too often inaccessible to ordinary people. At last, social scientist and psychologist David Niven, Ph.D., distills the scientific gobbledygook of over a thousand of the most compelling and important studies on happiness into easy-to-digest nuggets of advice. Each of the hundred practices, attitudes, and habits for happiness is illustrated with a clear example and illuminated by a straightforward explanation of the science behind it to show you how to transform a ho-hum existence into a full and happy life."
Maybe I'd start opening this book aside from consulting it to look for words to fill the gaps of this page. I'd start this Monday.

MY TEXTLIFE. My text messaging life has now become a thing of the past. The loss of my phone that has a sun sim on it concludes the last portal of my bulk text-messenging affair. I am now using a globe sim now to get re-connected but I find it hard to send forwarded messages to acquaintance especially now that the budget for loads is the least in my priority. But in an effort to get acquainted with the UNLIMITXT feature of globe, I had sent a few forwarded messages to globe listers. I was thankful that some of my collegemates are also globe-users. But unlimited offers are limited, how ironic.
